1. Service Agreement

By engaging ProGarden Trust for landscaping services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include garden design, installation, maintenance, and related landscaping work as specified in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. For ongoing maintenance services, payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

3. Warranties

We provide a one-year warranty on plant installations and a two-year warranty on hardscaping work. Warranties are void if proper maintenance is not performed or if damage occurs due to weather, pests, or client negligence.

4. Liability

ProGarden Trust carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked.

5. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Maintenance contracts require 30 days written notice for cancellation.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed due to weather conditions. We will reschedule at the earliest opportunity without additional charges.
